NOOR LIMO SERVICES TERMS & CONDITIONS

To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our clients, Noor Limo Services has established clear policies regarding additional stops and wait time during your journey with us. These policies are designed to provide flexibility while maintaining the high-quality service you expect from us.

ADDITIONAL STOPS POLICY:

1. Pre-arranged Stops: Clients are encouraged to request any additional stops at the time of booking. Each reservation includes one complimentary stop of up to 5 minutes. Additional stops beyond this will be subject to charges as outlined below.

2. Charges for Additional Stops: Additional stops will incur a charge based on the location and duration of the stop. The standard charge for an additional stop within the original route is $20 per stop. For stops outside the original route, charges may vary based on the extra distance and time required.

3. Notification and Approval: All requests for additional stops must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice to ensure route optimization and scheduling efficiency. Last-minute requests for additional stops are subject to availability and may incur higher charges.

WAIT TIME POLICY:

1. Grace Period: A complimentary grace period of 15 minutes is provided for all pickups, except for airport arrivals, where a 30-minute grace period is provided to account for baggage claim.

2. Charges for Exceeding the Grace Period: After the grace period, wait time will be charged at $1 per minute. This charge compensates for the driver’s time and ensures that we can maintain a punctual and reliable service for all clients.

3. Communication of Delays: Clients are requested to inform Noor Limo Services of any known delays as soon as possible. We strive to accommodate unforeseen circumstances with flexibility and understanding.

4. Long Duration Stops: For stops or wait times exceeding 30 minutes, clients may be advised to book separate trips to ensure the availability of services for other clients and efficient use of our fleet.

General Terms:

• Flexibility and Understanding: We understand that plans can change, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs while considering the impact on our service delivery.

• Payment: Additional charges for stops and wait time will be added to the final bill and detailed on the invoice for transparency.

• Feedback: Your satisfaction is our priority. Please feel free to provide feedback on our additional stops and wait time policy to help us improve our service.

NOOR LIMO SERVICES CANCELLATION POLICY

At Noor Limo Services, we understand that plans can change and flexibility is important for our clients. However, to ensure efficient operations and fair access to our services for all clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Notification Requirement: All cancellations must be communicated to Noor Limo Services through our official channels (email, phone, or app) to ensure timely processing of your request.

2. Cancellation Fees:

• More than 48 hours before scheduled service: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service time will be processed without any cancellation fee. Full refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Less than 48 hours before scheduled service: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. This means that 50% of the total reservation cost will be retained by Truth Luxury Car Service, and the remaining 50% will be refunded to the original payment method.

3. No-Show Policy: In the event that the client fails to show up for their scheduled service without any prior cancellation notification, Noor Limo Service reserves the right to retain 100% of the reservation cost.

4. Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances such as severe weather events or emergencies. Documentation may be required for such exceptions to be granted.

5. Processing Time: Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the processing of refunds.

We encourage our clients to carefully consider their schedules when making reservations with us to avoid any unnecessary fees. For any questions or to make a cancellation, please contact our customer service team.

Subscribing to the Service Upon creating a passenger profile with Noor Limo Services and attaching a valid mobile phone number, you will be automatically subscribed to our service notifications, unless you specify otherwise. These SMS notifications are intended to provide you with critical information regarding our services, in full compliance with the US Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991 and the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003.

To subscribe, access the account settings on your passenger profile and add your mobile phone number. Note: Only one mobile number can be registered per passenger profile. You will then be able to choose the types of text message alerts you wish to receive.

How to Opt-In for Alerts By using any service provided by Noor Limo Services, you authorize us to send SMS alerts directly to your mobile device, unless you opt-out.

STOP – How to Opt-Out or End Subscription Should you decide to stop receiving alerts, simply reply STOP to any received SMS. Alternatively, you can opt-out via your passenger profile settings on our website at www.noorlimoservices.com. Following your opt-out, you’ll receive confirmation and will no longer receive alerts unless you opt back in.
